Eligibility Criteria for NLU AILET Admission 2020

Education Qualification:

People can check the eligibility criteria to appear in the All India Law Entrance Test

BA LLB. (Hons.) Courses:

Candidates must have passed the 10+2th class from the recognized board with at least 50% marks in the qualifying exam.

LLM Courses:

Students should have completed LLB. or equivalent degree from a recognized institution with minimum at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates) in the qualifying exam.

Ph.D. Courses:

Postulants must possess the Master’s Degree (LLM) in Law from a recognized university with at least 55% marks in the qualifying exam (50% for reserved categories).

Age Limit:

 There is no age limit for the admission. 

Application Fees:

  • General/ OBC candidates can need to pay the application fees: Rs. 3050/-
  • SC/ ST/ PWD candidates to pay the application fees: Rs. 1050/-
  • SC/ ST (BPL candidates): No Fees
  • Candidates can need to pay the application fees through online mode by using the credit card, debit card, internet banking or offline (cash deposit at Post Office) mode.

AILET Exam Pattern 2020

  • The entrance test will be conducted through offline mode.
  • AILET will contains objective type/ multiple choice question paper.
  • The question paper will consist of 150 questions will be asked in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), 100 questions for LL.M. and 100 questions for the Ph.D course.
  • Duration of time is 90 mins
  • There will be a Negative Marking question paper.
  • For the wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted from the correct answer.

NLU AILET Admit Card 2020

Students applied for the Law admission will get the entrance from the NLU university. Aspirants must check the AILET Entrance Hall ticket 2020 on the official web page. Postulants without hall ticket are not allowed to attend the entrance test. The officials of the university will issue the call letter 10 days before the exam date.
